While we do our best to verify benefits, we encourage you to call your insurance company to verify them as well. All insurance is billed through Saskia Stallings, unless the therapist is fully licensed. 

Questions to Ask your Insurance company

1. Do I have mental health benefits, is there a limit to how many sessions insurance pays for?
2. Do I have a deductible to meet before insurance pays, if so how much? Is there an out of pocket, how much is it? Have I met my deductible? How much do I have left? Have my met my out of pocket? 
3. Do I have a copay/coinsurance, if so how much? What percentage does my insurance pay?
4. Is my therapist a provider? (ask Christie the office assistant whose name the insurance will bill under) 
5. Do I need a preauthorization to have services?
6. Do I have out of network benefits, if so do I need to do anything to use them?

There are several different branches of Medicaid. We will verify your Medicaid for you. If it is SouthWest Center (click here) you must call them and do an intake before we can see you. (your Medicaid plan is not always the same as your Medicaid mental health provider).
