At Enlightened Counseling it is our hope that you will feel seen, heard, and accepted in the safety of our office. Our intention is to assist you in navigating your journey on this Earth, as you discover and realign with your true self. Our belief is that if you treat the traumas you have experienced, their after effects will cease to have power over you. We all have a part of us that is not traumatized.
Our office’s hope is you will experience genuine love, and an approach that feels right for you. We strive to come together as a team, to find the best approaches, and to continue to learn and grow so we can meet the needs of our clients.
In this office we will laugh, play, hold space, love, offer presence, embrace differences, be intuitive, curious, and whatever else is in your highest good. We will assist you in creating awareness, mindfulness, self compassion, and shift belief systems no longer serving you. We will celebrate you, and honor being a part of your journey. The journey can feel scary, but we got you!

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. EMDR therapy focuses directly on the memory by changing where the memory is stored in the brain so that the symptoms from the memory are reduced.
ACCELERATED RESOLUTION THERAPY
Accelerated Resolution Therapy, often referred to as ART, is a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing evidence-based therapies, but shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly. It helps clients suffering from trauma and other ailments.
ADVANCED INTEGRATIVE THERAPY
This is a trauma technique, It utilizes somatic work, mindfulness, trauma processing, and many other techniques, to produce in depth healing. It works on the core belief systems that are holding us back. It processes trauma and helps us connect to our center and start living a more authentic life.
SOMATIC RESOURCING & MINDFULNESS
Somatic Resourcing is a body-based therapy. Trauma is not about the event, it’s about what happens to the body. I cannot say enough about how learning to be mindful, to be in our bodies, to trust our bodies, is the first step in healing.
