Sarah is an EMDR certified therapist, 500 RYT Yoga Teacher, DBT trained and a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Instructor. Additionally, Sarah integrates Internal Family Systems into her healing work with her clients. Sarah has more than 10 years of experience with providing trauma-informed treatment to survivors of trauma. Sarah has spent the last 6 years practicing Mind-Body and somatic healing.
Sarah is Passionate about supporting survivors to reclaim their life and thrive after traumatic experiences. She sees the value and unique strengths of each individual that enters her office and takes a holistic and non-judgmental approach to supporting their journey. Sarah’s life work is in understanding the mind, body and spirit connection. She embraces vulnerability and holds space for authentic growth and development for her clients. Sarah lives the life that she encourages her clients to embrace. Sarah is a strength based therapist and loves to support clients with tapping into their unique strengths and potential. She supports her clients to build resilience through empathetic listening and support.
Sarah loves to support clients with healing shame through compassion and understanding for their unique experiences. She is passionate about changing limiting beliefs and teaching others to embrace their authentic self.
