Billing
Payment is due at time of service. Payments range from $100-$150 depending on provider, we do sliding scale when needed.
Insurance
We are not able to verify insurance benefits. We encourage you to call your insurance company to verify benefits. All insurance is billed through Saskia stallings.

What Insurance do you take?
Aetna, Cigna, Select Health, Medicare, United Health Care, Optum, Motiv, PEHP, EMI. Molina, Triwest, Molina Medicaid, Southwest Center Medicaid, Medicaid, Select Health Medicaid.

There are several different branches of medicaid. It is extremely important that you call and ask who your mental health provider is. If it is SouthWest Center (click here) you must call them and do an intake before we can see you. (your medicaid plan is not always the same as your medicaid mental health provider.
How long are appointments?
50-55 minutes, unless otherwise discussed.

We will email you paperwork to fill out online. This needs to be done before your appointment. If you can’t find the paperwork message us and we will resend it.
